Website design & build for a clinic specialising in children's therapy

London Children’s Practice Website

The Brief: Create a website that targets three separate audience groups

London Children’s Practice (LCP) had an existing website that they couldn’t update and was difficult to navigate around due to complex user journeys. As they had three different target audiences – families, schools and local authorities – they needed a way to speak separately to these groups and address their contrasting needs. On the other hand they also wanted the full range of therapies they provided to be visible in order to provide an overview.

The Solution

A filter system that pulls through services into three separate audience sections.

Our first task was to get the services provided by LCP into a universal database that was categorised depending on the target audience. This enabled us to build a filter system that pulled through the services into the correct audience sections. We also created an overall services list that could be interrogated by the user to drill down into the specific area they wanted help with.
