Website Design & Build for Software Provider

Engage Hub Website

The Brief: Build a website that will grow with our business and that we can update in-house

Based across the UK & Ireland, Engage Hub have over 30 years experience in delivering journey orchestration and cross-channel communications for some of the world’s most successful brands across financial services, energy and utilities, telecoms, retail and logistics sectors.

They offer a cloud-based AI platform that powers online customer journeys, delivering greater customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and cost savings. Their product brings together channels, interactions and data into one platform, so that businesses can create seamless and personalised journeys cost-effectively and at scale.

Engage Hub approached us in need of a brand new website that would power lead generation for the business and facilitate their business growth. Other key factors were a requirement for a website that would be easy to update in-house and also the integration with other marketing software that they were utilising.

The Solution: Modular build with user friendly WordPress CMS

The initial phase of the project involved discovery sessions with the Engage Hub team as we began to learn about the company and the specific needs of the business. We used these sessions, along with further discussion, to agree on the core elements of the website design and ensure that the site would accommodate their business needs and future growth. Engage Hub already had a strong brand style so we were able to work with this and translate it into a design that would work online.

When the design had been signed off we moved the project on to development where we used WordPress to create a fresh new website that was fully optimised for any device. As part of the project we included an array of new, relevant and engaging content on the site in order to drive customers through to the website and aid conversion. Following CMS training the resulting website is easily manageable by employees of the company, which was an important aspect of the brief.
