All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy - or so the saying goes. We like to work hard at Volume but we also appreciate the chance to kick back and relax so we like to make sure we have a good work/life balance too. All staff receive 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus the days between Xmas and New Year.
We offer a hybrid working environment, with at least 2 days in the office and the rest of the time working from home. We tend to use the office when we have client meetings or brainstorming sessions, but otherwise we are very flexible as to time spent working from home. You will be provided with a laptop so you can move between home working and office as often as you choose.
